It funny how most of us initially would want a feeling of weight on the wrist, it’s that “I’ve finally got a real watch” feeling that someone is validated by the weight. And then when one maybe gets their first platinum watch, again that reassuring weight.
And now of course many of us shift to “it feels like I’m not even wearing a watch” and the comfort that brings.
I find the same with my Centigraphe and it’s a significant attraction to the watch, it’s just so easy to wear in large part due to the weight. I recently upgraded my daily sports watch (Garmin) and I think the new one is 47g, it’s amazing.
