Thanks for the kind comments. My 12 year old piece! Still enjoy wearing it from time to time. One of the best annual calendars IMHO; ruthenium dial and ruthenium coated brass movement are truly a sight to behold!!! Planning to stay up late tonight and enjoy the action. I am hoping to create a time lapse video of the change from Jan 31st to Feb 1st. Hope to share it! Bests
Mine (same model) was just overhauled 3 months ago and is back in for repair...

... day skipped from Wed. to Fri., and date hand isn't aligned to hit the dots representing even-numbered dates. Have you had mechanical issues with yours? It's beautiful to look at (love your photo!) and will be much more appreciated if it's mechanically reliable when I get it back!
Worked flawlessly for 10 years before the first service and was worn constantly even for international travel; so far working well after the service; gains about 2 to 4 seconds in 24 hours, which I guess is acceptable. Doesn't get much wrist time lately; using my Fitbit a lot Bests
Thanks for this -- I'll keep my fingers crossed...

I recently got this as well as an Octa Perpetuelle (OP). Both keep very precise time but have other mechanical problems, so both are now with FPJ (in the US) for servicing/overhaul. I'm hoping for years of trouble-free service when I get them back, because I had avoided purchasing a Journe for over 10 years due to the horror stories but finally pulled the trigger because (a) I heard they became more reliable in recent years and (B) I think they're irresistibly beautiful -- these particular Octa models (especially your OC) are genius. And as you might imagine, I'd love to get the OP back by 2/28!
