Tuna salad was my choice for lunch today with another friend and this is also my second salmon dial watch of the week. 
I find this particular watch by Dumoreau a delightful companion.
The perfect size and easy on the eye.

I agree with your thoughts. It really does change depending on the light, quite fascinating.

Blue hands and indices against a Salmon dial, it doesn’t get any better IMO
