The Rolex Milgauss 1019 is such a cool watch.
A picture I took two years ago, on King Of Cool Patrice's wrist.
Understated, discrete, but full of charm.
The only problem is that Patrice's one is so cool that I never fell on a more charming one.
Definitely in my wish list...

........the 1019 gives a great deal of pleasure to wear. I waited a long time for my one to appear....and it was a long dilemma of which dial to go for.
It is, as you say, a very cool watch.
Yes, there are some good Rolexes from that era.
The Milgauss comes to mind, as well as a damn Tudor Chrono...

Rolex really has some great dials
They are not busy, they are often quite refined with the very fine detail where it has to be.

Yes.. And I'm a bit in a Dilemma.. Just had it for 4 days.. Pretty painful to give her back !.. Started to think about options.. ;))

I prefer this model than current models from rolex. The second hand with red arrow is one of the beautiful thing of this watch.

... example for sure! Though I usually like black dials, I guess I would opt for this dial for my 1019.
I missed a chance a couple of years ago. It arrived in the wrong moment so I had to say no. I hope Cosmos will give me another chance some day!!
