For those in production some time in the past 10 years (as was a second definition offered above), that is too easy - the 16600.  In my opinion, one of the absolute best Rolexes ever made.

i like mine because it is rock solid, colorful,
and with a clear dial, great 2-color luminosity included
- also its antimagnetic pedigree and quality
is useful in my job, as a nice ad-on..
