Mine are:

1-6264PN White dial.

2-6262PN Black dial.

3-1655 Steve Mac Queen 1st. Generation straight hand !!!

4-1675 GMT Pepsi-cola.

5-6062 like the one Miles1 has !!!

I would put a Vintage Sub with a abig crown, instead of one the 2 PN...

In my opinion...

To have a more representative diversity of the Vintage Rolex.

Would be great choices.

A 6538 with a nice original dial is also a great solution.

If you want more original, and even rarer, some Tudor Big Crowns would be a superb connoisseur alternative.

Big debate on which came first...6200, 6204 or 6205... which was the true first Submariner? I think evidence is unclear. 6204 has the best claim, probably.

Luisa, its all personal tatste for sure. But if i was putting together only 5 watches and that had to represent the best of Rolex, I think one of the above would be on there for sure. Which reminds me.... i may have a post to send on this subject in a week or two...... 

1- 1675 OCC 1959 perfection
2- 1675 SCOC gilt PCG chapter ring
3- 1675 gilt without chapter ring
4- 16750 with the circled indexes. Another nice lacquered piece and more practical
5- a Sporty 1675 mat, radial dial
