as newbie in Rolex. I would like to ask you the difference between the Coke and Pepsi bezel. Does it signify the production period or something else?

The Pepsi is the "original" variant, introduced on the very first GMT (6542)
The Coke first came into play with the 16760 aka FAT LADY aka Sophie Loren.
