Rolex

Just curious, I had my GMT Master II serviced by Rolex in NY and it was returned with scratches on the caseback. This is the second time it has come back from them this way. Is this common everytime they open the caseback to put scratches on it? Just wondering, I would think it shouldn't  be this way. Thanks much.

you'd better see with your AD the whole condition of the watch each time you send it for service...

Or Take a pic of it...

Thsi is not normal, and if you have some evidence that your watch was clean before  sending it for service, ask them to solve the problem.
