NOTE: See the little 'indented dots' at the lower-left arm (and a touch less on the lower right arm) on the balance wheel, am guessing weight balance by laser or ????
I see these types of pics on other sites trying to show how Rolex and other brands that make a large number of watches have scratches/nicks/general mistakes at this level of magnification. These look perfect with the uniform graining and overall finish. Well done for a manufacture that makes a million watches a year.
Have a feeling Rolex's move to transparent back also means they've invested into ensuring consistent visual beauty as watchmakers handle with care. Color me quite impressed at this magnification.

At normal viewing, she looks all the part. Today was discussing this with my AD, we agree the movement decorations really work well.
Got a reply on another board..... The balance wheel 'dots' are the same size. "Not for poising, but to help the watchmaker keep track of which weight they are moving when adjusting the rate, so they don’t accidentally move the same weight twice."
