YES! I saw your other post, seems like we have lived a similar Sea-Dweller love affair.
It was the first expensive watch I purchased also.
I do like what you did with the seconds hand and date wheel. Subtle enough but at the same time immediately striking.
I have for years been thinking of buying an older Sub and making some slight changes like this.

I bought it new in 2003 when I had no business buying anything as expensive a Rolex! But it's been proven a keeper and bullet-proof all these years.

To be more precise : hand is from a yacht master and the date disc from a turn-o-graph..(or date just, I am not sure for the disc) the mouvement was the same : 3135...! My AD accepted to change the date disc ans the hand but made me promise not to ever say who he is...😉. It was more than 20 years ago and he is retired now...but I keep the secret ! 🤐
