I wouldn't buy either of the 2 models you mentioned. If you wanted to ask...would you buy a ceramic or a stainless steel, your questioning technique...sucks hahahaha

I think I would choose stainless over the high tech ceramics. Ceramics have a beautiful color and scratch resistance, But, are brittle. The chance of cracking the case if the watch is hit or dropped is more likely with ceramics. Just something to think about.

It depends on your collection IMO
If you already have a lot of steel watches, why not get something else to mix things up? And so, I'd get the ceramic if you don't have a ceramic watch in your collection.
If this will be your 1st watch, then I would suggest getting the steel Panerai instead.
It's nice to have a diversified collection so you can wear different watches for different moods
