I recently had a dial swapped in a platinum Rolex and they charged me 250 € to keep the Original dial !!
that's right a watch with a listprice of 52.000 € and they have the nerve to ask you money if you want to keep your allready payed dial !!!
Maybe for that X that they originally charged you for the dial swap, has already factored in the benefit that they'll be able to realize on your old dial? i.e. the actual price for a new dial is: X + $250. So typically on a dial swap where they'll GET the old dial in return, they simply charge you the difference of X. Now that you're demand to keep the old dial, they simply charged you accordingly?
