I believe you get the tang buckle but not 100% sure.

I found out the watch comes with a Tang buckle but I guess my question is really should I get it with the Tang or should I pay more for the deployment? Is there a reason for either especially since it's weird that the cheaper PAM 104 comes with the more expensive deployment clasp and the PAM 312 doesnt.
sometimes the low priced models come with all the extra goodies - extra strap(s) and deployant - while the high priced models sometimes don't come with these extra goodies. It's weird and unfair sometimes but it is what it is I guess.
The white stitching on the strap doesn't make the watch too casual IMO. Looks great that way

and I love it. And yes, the 312 comes with the OEM black croc with white stitch and tang buckle.
I believe this may be a price point decision to bring it in line with some of the competitor's pricing. Frankly, I like the tang better as its more in tune with the history of the brand.
I find that the OEM croc dresses up the 312 nicely and the OEM rubber is nice for all your other sports/leisure activities. The white stitch matches the color of the index nicely and brings them out.
I have an all black croc on my 190/249 and I find the uniform color strap works with the Rad case more as the Rads are more dressier.
Just my 2 cents...
