Due to our forum's non-commercial guidelines, we don't discuss secondary market pricing
but to answer your 2nd question, to ensure the higher chance the watch is authentic and not a fake when buying in the secondary market, is to buy from a trusted seller. The rule is buy the seller, not the watch.
If the price is way below market price, that should raise a red flag as most likely the watch is probably a fake.
