I went to a Panerai boutique the other day and I expected the 44m models to fit my wrist nicely which they did not.. I saw some asian ladies buying 2 PAM48s (the 40mm version) and when i tried it on it felt very nice and comfortable, but I have a question.
Is the PAM48 a ladies watch?
These pictures were stolen from the Panerai website

I have had 2 40mm pams, I like them as I have small wrists, but I have sold and or traded them for either a 44mm pam or something else, you really get used to the size (44) and the residual value and a much higher demand is also worth considering....
but I do not see them as a women's watch, they are still bigger than the rolex, gmt, explorer II, If you like them it is all that matters, it is still a fantastic watch...
A Panerai watch IS a big watch. It is in its DNA.
Or you can live with that, or you you can't.
If you can't, pass on them, or you will have eternal regrets.
Best,
Nicolas.

on an Italian on line sport's paper. I'm still in shock. Pity this victory come in a country where Rugby rates lower than....tenpin Bowling...
I'm sure the French suffered a temporary lapse of reason, stemming from supreme overconfidence, which of course....serves them right!!!!!...hahahahahaha

thing is, one has to know how to win, as much as how to lose....grecefully, IMHO

It's a lot more comfortable when the strap is tight so the hunk of metal isn't flopping all around on your wrist.
