PAM412 Luminor Marina:  Imagine a PAM005 w/ following differences:

-Addition of 1,2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 on dial

-indices in vintage cream colour

-PIG instead of Logo

-Solid caseback w/ engraving

PAM402 10 days Luminor GMT:  Imagine a PAM270 with following differences

-Addition of 1,2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 on dial

-indices in vintage cream colour

-Solid caseback w/ engraving

Shanghai:

PAM420 Luminor Marina: Just like PAM412 except for the engraving on the caseback

PAM410 8 Days Radiomir: Imagine a PAM268 with following differences:

-Addition of 1,2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 on dial

-indices in vintage cream colour

-Solid caseback w/ engraving

Taipei:

PAM413 Luminor Marina: Just like PAM412 except for the engraving on the caseback

PAM403 10 days Luminor GMT: Just like PAM402 except for the engraving on the caseback

I hope they won't use the "Junk" for the Hong Kong edition and really spent sometimes on picking something interesting.

So the Pam 412 will have the arabic numerals on the dial like the 359? I though that was just for the Pam 402?

That was what I thought as well, after seeing a couple of pics posted by Anthony in another forum before.

Would be quite disappointed if the dial has been changed to the 359 version...

of these FAT (faux aged tritium) Luminova in my crystal ball!!!

when I dropped by the boutique the other day... It looks real cool for the 412..

But with the additional numerials, I am now unsure...cos the dial will be a little crowded..

I'm glad they finally put the PIG dial on the luminor case. I think it's totally appropriate. I would love to get one if its not the boutique LE.

shouldnt someone in the Richemont organisation picked this up, knowing these are inauspicious numbers to the chinese??

came straight from head quarter.   Having said that, I do not see Chinese collectors shying away from scooping up pieces like PAM40 so it's probably not that big of a deal. 

all right. Having lived in China for 5 years, I agree with the inauspicious numbering scenario. Besides, China is a new marker and I don't believe there are REAL collectors in it, yet. Superstition hsd still a powerful influence, over there. Eventually things will sort themselves out (don't they always?) but I also think the powers that be, at Richemont, would be well advised to...reconsider...the numbering...

The Model number of the watch are not the problem here.. The problems comes in when your watch is maybe 044/500 for example. I have heard many times from my dealers and sources when clients reject a piece from the dealer when they see the individual number is bad!!

made the 164 model. Fantastic car, huge success in Italy and Europe. They had to "renumber" the model 168 for the Chinese markets. But hey, see what happens to Panerai..
