HELP NEEDED
Yesterday, I came across with two watches and I could not try to persuade myself to choose which one coz both of them are grails. One is 127 and the other is 02B with T dail.
127b is the first S.E. with correct 47 mm case commemorating the watches Panerai made for Italian Navy during 1950s. As for 02B with T dial, the patina look just killing me. Really tough! I need you guys' thought saying which one do you prefer to buy? Thks a lot!

You can't go wrong with any of these 2.
You have to try them before any final decision, because 47 mm is huge, and on some wrists, it doesn't work, while 44 mm is easier to wear.
Small second at 9, or Base Power?
Tritium versus Luminova?
Cool re intepretation or ( almost ) re edition?
See through case back, or solid?
.I wouldn't say that they are grails, because the original watches which inspired these watches are original ( 6251/ 1 and 5218-201/A ), but they are truly appealing models.
It will depend on you, on which one will sing louder to you.
To me, I would go on the 127 over the 2B T.
If I had to choose between the Logo Pre V and the 127, I woul choose the Logo Pre V.
But it is me, not you.

Actually, I think I gonna go for 127 though base power is so strong and the T dial plus solid case back are attractive. coz I've already had radiomir 190 and luminor 111 in my panerai collection, while the 1950 is the case that I still missing. Therefore, I plan to take 127 first and then jump ahead by taking over 2BT to look for pre-V models instead as my next step. Doing so, I won't miss any essence of Panerai though this time, i gonna say goodbye to T-dial, solid case back and base model. Anyway, thks a lot for your info.

127 + Pre V....
I thought about this for a long time.
I think that if you want to get a nice collection of Panerais, it would include one piece of each line, and better, if you can " cross " them.
So, Luminor : 127 ( Marina ), Logo Pre V or MM ( Luminor )
Mare Nostrum 301/A or 304 ( Pre V ) or Pam 300 ( but unwearable ).
Submersible Pam 24 A/ B or C or Pam 64.
And as for the Rads: Pam 21 / 232 / 249 or 190, or, why not, the New Pam 339!
Waiting for a Small Egiziano to fill the blank...

Not wanting to buy botht, it boils down to the wrist appeal, which one you feel it's.....you. IMO
