I remember asking the two ADs in Sydney about it. they don't have it. they had a 312 which I bought and a 320. their prices have actually dropped. from A$10k to A$9450 for 321 and A$9000 for 320.
I am biased. I like the simpler dial of 312 better. In terms of the case, I simply love it. I like the height (quite thick) because it gives my wrist and hand so much more room to move without worrying impacting on the crown and the device that protects the crown. it the first watch I have worn that allows me to do pushups without worrying putting force on the crown.

PAM 321 update
I just got an update on my 321. Supposedly it's coming in Dec or Jan 2011.
That's what my AD told me
In 2009 when I put a deposit down on the watch in August of 2009.
I've heard a million reasons why it's been delayed - but reliable sources tell me that the demand for the watch is high, so Panerai has been sitting on them to artificially inflate even more demand.
HOWEVER - I got my PAM 359 two weeks ago to keep me happy until the 321 arrives
