If you like submarine Panerai, this one in 47mm, 1950 Luminor case, titanium, black dial, without date, LEFT-HANDED is VERY VERY NICE and for you.
Unfortunately, 47mm in Luminor case does not fit on my wrist, even if I wear a 47mm Radiomir.
I always buy a watch to be wear and not to stay in his box.
It is up to you.
Cheers,
Patrickh
I've seen a description of it, and quite frankly, the differences with the existing 47mm subs are too few to make it compelling for me. I have a couple subs so wouldn't have a good reason to add this to the collection. Not to mention the hassle of going there just to get the watch...
plus...I haven't been proposed it anyway ;-)
I have been offered too and all my friends in Hongkong,Singapore, Thailand ,Japan and all my Panerisiti gang too .
Better not to buy it as I feel its like a RUSH,RUSH kind of sales and there is nothing special about it as I am asking for them a photo to be release to me before I buy it.
And its going to be no END to this kind of Sales Gimmicks .
I have too many Panerais in my collection as I prefer to Collect all the Patek or A.P now .
Its kind of a Pressured type of sales as you have to be there in Paris to pay and collect it man.
And now I am in Singapore .
its takes about 12 hours to reach there in Paris .
Its kind of very Stupid marketing just ask all the Customer all over world just to go there and pay and collect it as I used to buy from this store in Paris in the early nineties and they always charge it to you on whatever cards you have and also they will sent it to your door step by EMS too in the early nineties.
Now the BOSS of the store is giving a lot of Excuses like this and that (claiming the accountant cannot agree to this and that
.
If any Panerai's collectors want the watch we need to go to Paris Just to Pay in there store and Collect it,Stupid ideas .
I am still Puzzle why must we go there and Pay since they charge to our cardsand collect it another times.
Guess they NEED the CASH FLOW Man !!!!!!ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been buying watches since in the 70's from all over Europe and I have never had a problem with paying through cards or bank transfer in any of those shops in Europe .
Even my First Class Suite ticket from SQ cost more than the watch .
Cheers
to all my Panerai Collector Bros.
Ciao
Happy Buying .
In reading some of the posters here and on other places, it appears that watch websites are being hijacked for capturing email addresses of Panerai posters.
Indeed, many people worldwide are receiving unsolicited emails about this watch.
If true, I find this practice totally inacceptable.
I would have preferred that the news for this kind of watches came from Panerai, directly, or from the shop owner, so that it can be presented in respectful approach.
At this point, I believe that this sort of approach jeopardizes the natural interest on this watch, the method be seen as forcing it to us.
There are watches that have set values.
Sometimes, it is because of their " rarity ", sometimes because of their History or Story.
But nobody can dictate high values and for sure, no sellers will reimburse the paid premiums.
So, guys, think logic, the watch is new, it is of an important diameter, and one hundred lefties is not easy as what it seems to place them.
Not forgetting that often, a small batch calls for more units to be released slightly differently.
OOR + OOR + a series of XXX / 1 000.
But I would welcome anybody who to come to Paris to visit me.
Your travelling money will alaways be better invested in friendship!
A strange new world... BUT not cup of my tea.
Best,
Nicolas

Difference between a Pam 358 and Pam 194 are below as per explain:
Pam 358 does not have a date and the Only Submersible at 47mm with a 9 numeral and its Left handed Wind. Its comes with a Vintage leather Strap .
Pam 194 has a date without the 9 numeral and its Right Hand Wind (47mm). It come with Rubber strap and Extra Slot in Buckle with a Canvas Strap too.
Both are Tritium Dial (T SWISS MADE T ).
Compare both I guess the Pam 358 is going to FLIP very high in the Open Watch Traders market as its Limited to 100 sets worldwide Only.
Maybe 3 to 5 times the Original Value MSRP price in Euros .
I have checked with a few Traders in Hongkong ,Taiwan ,Japan and Singapore and they are estimating to be selling around 13k to 17k Euros if they can get hold of One of this Jewel piece from Paris as its Only for their VVIP or those very, very LUCKY walkin Customers Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!.if you can get hold of One!!!!!!!!!!!ha!!!!!!!!!!!ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.My friends from Italy and from UK have try their luck but too BAD no luck man!!!!!!!!!!. this few days .
Good Luck to those who have collected their Pam 358 another Master piece from ChronoPassion with a Difference that Makes the Great Differences from the Rest .
The Simpler the Design of Panerai the more Collectable the Watch for future investment.
Ciao

Bugatti Veyron .

Cheers!

I think it's overpriced... wait for hype to subside. For 317 something like HKD 228,000. Sorry just living in Euro zone made a mistake.
It looks like lots of the PAMs have been shipped to the Orient.
It's just a regular watch with really nothing special IMO. I see no hype with this watch.

Looking at the market in Asia as I am following for the past few months .To my experience ( for the past 35 years of watch collection ) I guess the Pam 358 prices will Flipping every month Higher and Higher until it reach their last distribution of the 100pcs.
Then I guess it may be selling way above between 17k Euros to 40k Euros even if the market is very soft.
As this is Really a Damn Sexy Classic Deep Ocean Monster Diver Watch with a touch of Difference from the rest of the Automatic Submersible I have seen so Far until today .
Even a woman with a skinny wrist looks so beautiful on it but definitely one must have long fingers and must talk enough to carry it .
This is really one hell of Killer Watch in which I feel it will be a long time investment for anyone who owns this Beast .
Definitely for me I will not sell it even If someone offer me 50k Euros ( as I do not need sell it to make profit since I am a retired with enough saving for my next 9 generation Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!Ha!!!!!!!!!!!!inherited a bit of Fortune and also some saving from my Great Great Grand Father .ha!!!!!!!!!ha!!!!!!!!!!)
Its going to be a long time Classic Monster Diver Watch from Panerai using a Vajoux movement in which its has proven to be a workhorse mechanism for a very long time .
ChronoPassion know what is good design and also for future Investment for all their very Loyal and Good Customers that has supported ChronoPassion all this years and this maybe part of their pay back time to their VVIP customers.
Keep it Up the good work and design !! !CHRONOPASSION !!!!!!Bravo!!!
Happy Days and Enjoy more of Panerai's Collection .
Cheers to all the Paneristi Gang In Singapore,Hongkong ,Japan ,Taiwan and Thailand
