Officine Panerai

Panerai is well known and loved by many for their huge size pieces but I do know that they have 40mm that were originally catered to the asian market aka for small wrist folks like me.

 I tried on the 111 and trust me it looked seriously oversized.

Besides the Pam 50, 72, 74, what would you recommend for small wrist folks?

...that should fit you. I am thinking PAM 80, PAM 65, and others. I believe this year Panerai will be launching a new line of 42mm Radios...

Beautiful piece with a clean dial IMO.  I believe the PAM159 has been a discontinued piece but it shouldn't be too difficult to find one.
