Help needed with Rolex 618 Movement value

Hi all,

I'm posting here because it's not up for sale yet.  I have a Rolex movement 618, 17 jewel that I want to sell.  It was originally made for Panerai and has the long arbor and hour wheel.  It's running good but needs cleaned.  Any ideas on what these movements go for realistically?  Thanks for any help.
