Hello! My name is Haziq and i bought a Panerai PAM 219 left handed(Calibre OP X) about 2 months ago and i've not worn till now.
I had some difficulties on getting the watch to move because to be honest i'm very new to this type of movement and the manual self winding
I would be so grateful if you guys could teach me how to self wind well i know to self wind you dont need to pull it out...what i want to know is when to stop winding and do i set the time before or after winding it.

No problems, my friend, this is very simple:
Wind it till you feel a resistance.
Then stop winiding it.
Set the time once wound.

Hi Hazqs, welcome to the forum.
Not difficult to wind your Panerai.... Unlock the crownguard, and start winding 'til you feel the resistance, stop winding your watch and put the crownguard back to its normal position. Then enjoy your ride with the nice timepiece.
