Guys I wanted to know your opinion on which Panerai do you think is the "hardest" one to get or reserve? (no vintage or 203 allowed!)
My list would be the following:
1. PAM 127
2. PAM 225
3. PAM 187
4. PAM 307
5. PAM 309
6. PAM 195
7. PAM 292
Thanks for the inputs!
Rafael
But from your list if money is not an issue i think the hardest piece to get will be the 309, all others can be found from the secondary market!

(except the ones that are not out yet), if you have the right funds (even the 21).
Try getting one of the following: 077, 147, 158 or the 208 - these are hard.

Probably just for a price...
Probably the hardest to get on your list is the 225. It took me quite a while. Only 300 were made.
However , some of the watch........there is nobody want to sell at all.
I cannot see;
26A, 21 , 40, in the secondary market around almost 1 year
67 is never see it to the secondary market at all.
Blue Dial Independent is one of the most rare Rads that I never see it in the secondary market too....PAM80, most of the Rad SE are the group that do not see it in the market.
217 + 127 is widely sell in Hongkong and S'pore since the price is the right for trader at this moment.
just my 2cent.
PAM46 is the limited edition white gold 40mm Radiomir GMT/Alarm. Says made 60 pieces but I have a feeling that all 60 pieces were never produced.
I've never ever seen one in person or for sale.

PS. I also want to add that just cause watches are impossible to find doesn't mean that they are "collector" pieces or command any premium. Difficult to find Panerai's do not all equate to great investment potential.

are usually sold off the boards and can be found. The PAM 46 that Anthony mentioned, that's almost impossible.

For the Pam 40, I was the witness of 3 Transactions off the board...
It's often the same for very interesting watches...
I envy you, my friend!
Best.
