This is just me but I rarely wear the straps that come with the PAM watches. They're very well made but look somewhat "fragile" looking for my taste. Don't get me wrong, they're very well made and well finished. As a matter of fact, my 1st PAM had a black croc, which I wore continuously for 2 years, even while diving, and it still looks 90%
I end up getting many of the 3rd party vendor straps. I have my personal preferences for straps, but they're mostly the rugged and rough looking leather straps...So I tend to get the leather non-croc/alligator/shark/etc straps. You can email me for a list of vendors I like.
Since the radiomir is kind of dressy looking, I like contrasting the dressiness with a rugged looking strap. I do wear the croc for formal occasions. In terms of stitching, I like contrasting (usually white) stitching with the straps. My favorite combo's are black leather/white stitching, Vintage Tan/white stitching. for a radiomir I would use the tapered strap 26/24 with a pre-V type buckle.

For your Blackseal PAM183, you can go either dressy or sporty since it's the Radiomir case. For dressy, since u like black croc, I would get one with contrasting stitching so maybe white stitching. Roll edged croc straps are better constructed IMO btw.
For the sporty look on your Blackseal, try a brown vintage calf strap with non-matching stitching. Maybe even get black colored rubber sealant on the sides of the strap for an even more sporty look.
As David has already stated above, try perusing through the forum gallery (link located at upper right section=Offine Panerai - GALLERY).

You won't go wrong with both ammo strap or gator strap. Wish you get you favorite combo very soon.
