Great to have you here in the PuristS.....welcome abroad!
I don't think there is so little love for the 90. Well, I'm a ThaiPaneristi. Believe it or not, when I first decided to have the Panerai on my wrist, I asked so many people especially my fellow ristis who have passion on this brand. 80% of the answers I got were "the PAM90 is the good start". So, I went to my AD and asked whether there was any of the 90 in the inventory. The answer was no and the sales person said I had to give him my name and wait for the good news........After 11 months......YES, eleven months!...the AD called me to say that my 90 had just checking in...
Unfortunately, I got started with another model prior to the call and I was not ready to have my second Panerai at that time, so I had to let my friend got it instead.
You know, with the self winding+power reserve+cyclop to show date, you will inevitably love this watch and you will also change the strap to the bracelet....it will definitely look so great.
Cheers
none here....sorry....I could never get used to that PR dial that's not at 6.
IMO, the old Soprod PRs just looked much better and more balanced.
Just my .02 shekels

Heres a 57

and, if you don't like titanium, I would look for a nice steel PAM 27. I don't own one, but perhaps some other forum member can post nice pics....I think it's much nicer than the 90 and if you find an A series or a transitional B you have the benefit of a beautiful tritium dial and silver arrow....

I don't like the off-centered power reserve of the PAM90, and I think many others feel the same way, hence not much discussion about the PAM90.

it is a regular model with reasonable quantities produced compared with others since year 2001.
Probably and coincidentally, those people who have them are still wearing them as their beater and not many for resale.
Just my 2 cents.
Enjoy hunting your 1st PAM and be warned,,,,it is just the beginning.......
HAGWE,
Cheers,

diamond setting looks tasteful IMO :P
but still way too blingy for my cup of tea
cheers,

If the owner drop this watch, does Panerai also do the service??
Nice case by the way. I have to close this page before this stunning blink catches her eyes..
