Anyone with wrist shots, comments ,opinions on this piece? Would like to hear your thoughts, especially from owners or those who have seen it in the metal. Many thanks!

I tried it on the wrist but did not like its lightness in weight. I suspect (and I stand to be corrected) that it uses the same movement as the Sports Evolution Perpetual model but is almost twice as expensive - so I passed, especially if I have to get it from the boutique rather than an AD at this juncture.
For a slightly higher price, the Senator Chronometer is a much better piece IMHO. I like the substantial weight on the wrist but the most appealing aspect is the movement - zero second hand reset, minute hand moves from minute to minute, date jumps at midnight sharp etc. The only thing I don't like about this piece is the size (too big for a dress watch). Bottom line - I would have pulled the trigger if the Moser Perpetual One is not loping around the corner...

when comparing the two. The chronometre is in a different league movement wise and for a little extra change looks like the better deal. If only it was a tad smaller and the one I tried didn't experience some technical failure! The ceramic perpetual fits me much better and I don't mind it being light but it's difficult justifying it being in the same price bracket. Thanks for the feedback and your valued opinion.
Did you say Moser perpetual 1? When? A very good call IMHO.

any time now, I was told by an AD in Central (shop name beginning with C)
And did you consider the FPJ Perpetual? The color/metal combo is incredibly attractive...just persuaded a friend to acquire one...
Sam
One of the cleaner perpetuals which is a prerequisite for me due to poor eyesight.
Hope you get yours soon.
I saw the dummy of the FPJ perpetual some time ago but didn't realize stock has come in.It looks great and I'm sure it will be a big hit.For me personally, I avoid anything with retrograde hands due to negative experiences with them in the past.(Just my luck I suppose)

You cannot compare them together.
I also like the idea of an understated and under the radar type of perpetual which this one is.Well for now, it's just something to think about but thanks for your valued feedback!

i havent even seen it in the flesh let alone tried it on, but it looks very subtle. i agree with Oliver that it would suit a black tie affair perfectly.
on the ther hand i have seen, examined and tried on the Moser perpetual and that is sublime simplicity so i can understand you wanting one Sam. the perfect answer would be a ceramic Moser perpetual
