Cordovan straps have such a great texture.  I like the material a lot.

Your watches are as impressive as they're lovely, my friend.

And your last one, the Sixites, is very tempting!

For the moment, as you know, I have only one, but a beloved one, my Senator Navigator for Rimowa ( if you forgot it... )





But it won't be my last and only one, as I'm struggling hard on deciding which between the PanoInverse, the Rattrapante in platinum, and ...This bloody Sixties, would be my next one.



I just take my time, thinking about them, dreaming of some of them, knowing that one day, it will turn to reality.

I have the biggest respect for G.O, and a lot of admiration for some of their watches.

Nicolas, you did well to put hour hands on this watch (and vice versa). I love it.

I very happy that I got on STOWA's list for one of the last remaining Airman Originals, so I will be able to own a B-Uhr style watch sometime by the end of the year (also Type A dial). They even pass on printing their name on the dial. Of course it will not be powered by such a nice G.O. movement. Instead there will be a Unitas that is equipped with a minute arrêt to facilitate setting it.

When I was considering a Pilot watch , I saw some IWC  ( The Big Pilot ), a,d some Vintage: Lange, Laco, and so on.

I made my choice following 2 ways:

I chose some nice Vintage JLC Pilots: The Mark V II Weems, and the RAAF Mark XI.

I hesitated a lot between the G.O Senator Navigator with the scale on the middle of the dial, and the Rimowa.

But I knew that I would end with a G.O Senator Navigator.

I jumped on the Rimowa,, but I didn't give up on getting the normal Senator Navigator.

Although I know that the date feature is important for a lot ofd people, on the Senator Navigator, I definitely prefer it without.

So, I'm a happy man!

Besides the Senator Navigator, the PanoInverse is tempting me a loooooooooooot!
