A great looking pilot's. It's been on my wrist since the 24th. GO does a great job with this retro piece, IMO.

Please show yours. I really like to see what kinds of straps you all have for the pilot.

... world of GO. I like the Senator Navigator very much. And I really understand why you haven't put this watch off your wrist in the past 4 days

Some quick and - in the truest sense of the word - dirty (look at the dust particles! I really feel ashamed) shots of my one year old Senator Navigator with the red brown strap. The shot is not only quick and dirty - the pic is even blurred. Unintended, it has some kind of 3D effect - look at the dial    

My Senator Navigator has got two new case backs for Christmas. When my wife purchased the watch it was available with a steel back only. Some months ago I read Art's post about GO's option for the owners of an "old" Senator Navigator to purchase a set of two case backs (a sapphire back and a steel back). Now I can view the beautiful movement through the sapphire case back - and if I want my Senator Navigator to become a classical pilot's watch, my wife removes the sapphire case back and fixes the steel back. 

Now I will have a look at my local AD whether they are able to offer me a leather strap like yours. I like this kind of straps very much, too.

I thought it wasn't possible to keep the solid case back if you decided to change it for the sapphire...

. . . the option specifies a new solid back with a new number that matches the number of the new sapphire back. Presumably, Glashütte has gone to these lengths to prevent unauthorized watches from being created, and the cost is higher than switching to a sapphire back. Oh, and you have exactly three days left to exercise your options . . . come January 1st, the options expire. Cordially, Art

I got my Navigator Panorama Date retrofitted with the Sapphire case back as well.   I see you are #2012.  I'm 12 back of you (...#2000).

I may be G.O. biased, but I think that is one of the nicest pilot watches out there.  I love how the lume is spaced (numbers wise) on this one as well.
