I was playing around with my camera, and I decided to take some more shots of a few of my favorite things....
This next guy is adopted, but as a parent I couldn't leave him out:
Thanks for looking!
Thanks for sharing a hell of a collection you have there!

Art, that is what I was going for with the Sound of Music reference. I, too, was struck by the Blancpain Flyback when I first got into watches. But, alas, I didn't have the funds. When I finally did have the funds to play around with, Glashutte Original watches had stolen all my attention. I still did have a liking to the Blancpain flyback grande date. Finally, when I saw this limited edition version and learned about the Peking to Paris race, I just had to have it! Now, it has come full circle. As they say, if it's meant to be......
I'm certainly glad I waited.
Here are a couple of more pictures I took. The funny thing is that my camera is horrible with macro shots. So what I did was I took most of these (and previous) photos with the loupe (the one that came with my G.O. watches) over my camera lens. It was a strange thought, and I looked ridiculous, but I think it worked fine for me.
Thanks again for looking!
You gave me an idea...I will test my camera with the loupe..;
This GO is superb!
Best.
