Once you return from the opening The fact that it's been open for customers for months...

Thomas is a great guy.  He actually was interim CEO at GO after Frank Mueller left.  Without doubt Thomas will be brilliant leading GO and I am sure collectors will enjoy meeting him.

Swatch Group: change in the position of President at Glashütte Original

Thomas Meier, a member of the Extended Group Management Board of the Swatch Group, has been appointed

CEO of the brand Glashütte Original. The nomination is effective as of October, 2016.

He succeeds Yann Gamard, also a member of the Extended Group Management Board of the Swatch Group, who will

focus on his numerous other responsibilities within the Group, including Swatch Group Germany, Swatch Group United

Kingdom, Swatch Group Nordic and the European Distribution Center.

. . . and that we'll learn more about Mr Meier and his plans for Glashütte Original in the coming weeks and months.
