I immediately fell in love when I saw this beauty at the first sight.
Always difficult to explain why, so here are some macro shots attempts (taken with an IPhone 6S and a magnifying glass so sorry they are far to be perfect) which could help you to understand my feeling.

The brushed surfaces are very nicely done. I love this watch as well, so glad I got it...
but now it makes me resist other models with similar dial layout, like the moonphase, PR models etc.

Wonderful photos of a gorgeous watch.
I have been trying this magnifying glass+iPhone thing, but somehow it just does not work for me. Maybe it will be better with the iPhone 7, I forgot to try this week.

Well, to be honest, it is not really easy as you have to focus both between your iPhone and MG and, at the same time, between your MG and the object. And you have to manage the light too. Boring sometimes
Below a picture of the both MG I use. One is the well known Loupe System and the other one is a 12x I use when I have my Horology courses (to control oil levels or the cleanliness of the movement). The Loupe System is easier to use but it has a lower magnifying power.

Wow, that is next level.
I literally just use an old fashioned MG and my iPhone. Maybe I should invest in something more professional, but am not sure I have the patience and/or the skills for it. Like I said, I want to see how it works out with this new camera on the 7, which, from what I have tried so far, is a huge step forward.
A simple Olloclip can be quite effective :)
And is not at all expensive. The only downside is that it's quite small, so I've mislaid mine 
Yes it is a good idea... and with one you are quiet as you have a free hand (which was not my case)
