The Underappreciated Pavonina
So, while making the annual pre-Christmas jewelry store trek last weekend, my special lady was smitten by the lovely GO Pavonina.
As much as I thought she looked good in the red gold models, her preference is one of ss cases with a tasteful display of diamonds...
Here's the thing, though. She INSISTS on knowing the number of parts in the case of any watch she wears.
Weird, huh? Women. Go figure.
But, she is my very special lady, so I owe it to her to satisfy the savant in her.
Soooooooo.....any chance that anyone here might know how many parts does the Pavonina case consist of?

What's the definition of 'case'?
I called SG US Prestige Service and was told it's a "3-part case", exclusive of crown, dial, hands, gaskets, flexible end links, movement and other things "not part of the case". I told him the choices and he said 'none of the above.' This is how Bush got elected, you know. It's the horological equivalent of a 'hanging chad.'
