Need to hit that place after my daughter is 5. Better yet, in Paris!

Just for you ocwatching, tonight we dined downstairs at Sage.  From the Sage Signature Menu:

Foie Gras Custard Brulee with rhubarb, tossed roasted cocoa nibs, salted brioche 

Both of you all are just EVIL!

WOW..Foie Gras..YUM....

overload of foie gras this weekend!   ED209 and another PuristS took me here on Saturday night, it was the only restaurant that we haven't tried at City Center.  When I read the Sage menu, I almost didn't order the foie gras as the description of it was a little too weird.  Since it's one of their signature dishes, I went ahead and got it.  Let me tell you it was absolutely delicious!  It's like a lighter, creamier version of a foie gras terrine with the brulee giving it the nice sweetness you need.   Only thing is that I missing was more brioche bread!   Look forward to doing Arry's with you soon!

Creme Brulee with liver...  Was it good?  It sounds very unique and somewhat strange. 

Definitely an interesting dish.

You should check it out if you have some extra time in Vegas.  It's exactly how DRMW described it.  We all thought it might be strange but it is one of their signature dishes.  It was delicious and the toasted brioche bread matched perfectly with it.

Let's hope there is some extra time, but more importantly, there needs to be another person to dine with. Hope that someone else has some extra time and the appetite to join me...

... I better start on my diet right now .  But I'm certain IGOTT 2 dinners will beat these yummy looking dishes... can't wait!

There's some tough competition in Vegas for high end restaurants.  I'm not sure what's on the menu for the IGOTT2 dinners, but I'm sure the exec team has something great planned.

I'm still thinking about the Foie Gras I had for dinner two weeks ago at Gary Danko.  Yum yum yum.
