Seemed pretty well run, quick turnaround, zero issues for him. I think they do have a validation program which requires the watches to go through them before dispatching to the buyer which can slow things down.
I bought my extreme lab ii (before I regretably sold it)
From bezel. It was a great experience and they validate the watch for authentication and condition.
I recently tried to buy a Rolex 50th anniversary GMT Master II from there. When it got to authentication and verification, they noted that the dial had swirl marks and the bracelet was overpolished. They even called me and sent photos of it and asked if I wanted to go through with the purchase.
I appreciated their attention to detail in the matter and their willingness to be honest about the condition of the watch which was different than the seller's listing.
