"désalpe" time in Switzerland
Hi all,
Today, we enjoyed the wonderful weather, here in Switzerland, to go to Saint Cergue with family and friends and lived our first "désalpe".
What is it? Very simple. Just the opposite of the transhumance when cattle comes back from mountains to plains for winter.
30 minutes by train between Nyon and St. Cergue... with the Hublot manufacture
Arrival at St. Cergue (not so high)
The "ladies"...
...and the "coaches"
Typical music...
...and singers
Typical food (I forgot the Swiss veal sausages)...
...and games (log shot)
And you know that you are in Switzerland when you look at people wrists.
