Hi: new to this forum as I recently purchased the Speedmaster Sapphire Sandwich to add to my collection of Rolexs. Love the watch.. amazing history, quality and price. I wind it every  morning and find it loses 4 seconds per day on wrist and 10 seconds per day off wrist.
Is that within the normal range or should I sent it back to Omega for Regulation.

It's inside the COSC specs (-4/+6) and the 1863 movement is not chronometer certified.

Wear it for some time and monitor again in two months.

. . . years left, then monitoring it for the time being is totally sensible.  If the deviations prove to be stable over a long stretch of time, then there's nothing serious to be concerned about. 

Conversely, if there's little coverage remaining on the warranty, this is the time to make a decision according to your level of comfort.  Personally, I wouldn't bother, but I'm a little more lax about accuracy then others.
