. . . years left, then monitoring it for the time being is totally sensible. If the deviations prove to be stable over a long stretch of time, then there's nothing serious to be concerned about.
Conversely, if there's little coverage remaining on the warranty, this is the time to make a decision according to your level of comfort. Personally, I wouldn't bother, but I'm a little more lax about accuracy then others.
