hi. if you post pics of the watch and movement someone will happily help
to find out when your watch was made and sent to a dealer you will need to request an exctract from the archives which costs money. many of us will be able to help you with a year of manufacturer based on the movement number, but we'd like to see it anyway just because we like to see vintage omegas.
personally i wouldnt send the watch to Bienne for servicing as the cost will probably be more than the purchase price. i'd use a local watchmaker to service it.
