Girard Perregaux

Does anyone know anything thing about this watch? I have seen it for sale in italian shops online, seems it is a recent 2011/2012 model however I have not seen much information on it. Some research has led me to believe that this watch uses and ETA base movement and not an inhouse one, Any further details on the movement etc would be appreciated

I believe that this piece is a special edition made for Fiat to be given as gifts for those employees who have served the company for 30 years or more. Although I think this is a very beautiful piece, it is not a part of the current collection.
