We have seen the Sine logo in several examples.
Like this Girard-Perregaux Chronometer HF, reference 8795 with Sine Logo, inside is the famous 32A automatic movement:

Now I found a document from 1971, showing the Sine Logo of a Electrical watch.
Three different types of movements, all bearing the Sine Logo.
I think it's safe to make the assumption that the Sine Logo refers to the High Frequency of the movement and not the type of movement!

I'll see if I can dig out a dial shot of my electronic GP...
I think I have been able to narrow it down now...
