I think that manufacturers rarely make watches like that nowaday.....I find it amazing the gap between "old fashion" way of making things and "modern" way. There are certainly many good new technologies which are very welcome but I think that in yesteryears there was more love and passion when manufacturing an instrument.
Cheers and thank you for the nice picture.

Fantastic ondition, and I think it is very perfect to have the french writing on the dust cover, given the era it was made, and where it was made.
Nice watch.

He has been looking for a while, reminds me I need to follow up with him ;-))

Well said! It is true that vintage BP appeals to many collectors but only a small batch of true enthusiasts that have owned and enjoyed a broad range of them all! Few of them were ever produced and fewer have survived, Most are held in private collections and traded amongst ourselves, making it extremely difficult for many to locate and acquire them. Those of us who have one, a few, or many are just lucky being at the right place, right time or simply know the right people. I am just grateful to be one of them ;-)
