I think you are the one who got me to really want the Leman in the first place! I think I remember your handle on Timezone’s Blancpain forum many moons ago showing your Flyback in various posts and I just fell in love with the design of that watch. To be honest, the Leman is what got me interested in Blancpain and while I have grown to admire the look of the 50 Fathoms line now, it’s the Leman line that really attracts me. Something about the sexy double stepped bezel and dial layout that I just love, as it is not a full dress watch, but also not a full sports watch…it’s just got elements of both all in one great package, and Blancpain should bring it back. Here’s a video my son made for me on the watch to tempt you just a bit more to getting back into one, and thanks very much for introducing me to this beautiful watch. 😆 BTW, love that perpetual Leman you had there.

That Leman Flyback came early in my watch journey--not quite the beginning but early on. I don't think it would be another military dial Flyback for me, though. I've switched allegiance and now favor the Breguet Type XX within this subgenre. Luckily for me there are lots of different watches to consider with that fantastic Leman case...

As he’s only in his very young teens. But much better than I can do. LOL. I will give him that tip! And yes, I also thought of the Type XX at the time and still do. It’s a great watch.

Tan interior 997 is classy, love it! Any pics of the rest of the car. At least I think 997 that shift know looks a little different than I'm used to but could be an upgrade?
