Is there something wrong with my Fifty Fathoms bezel?

Bezel
Hi Everyone,
I suspect I have an issue and was wondering whether anyone else has experienced or seen this before. If you look around the bezel between the 3 and 7 markers from the dial there is a blemish which to me looks like delamination of the bezel. I'm not sure whether that is even possible but I can't seem to clean the blemish away. When I press on the bezel in those areas, there is no change. The blemishes to not alter in any way which is what I was expecting if it was delaminating. So at this point, I'm at a loss... Assuming this isn't something obvious, I'll need to send it in for service and see what they come back with, but this is my daily and I'll need to pickup a Lemans chrono or Aqualung (that was my plan anyway) before I send this off.
Whether it's delamination (or even air bubbles) I'm not sure, but definitely the enamel/paint Blancpain uses underneath the sapphire insert is coming off.
Send it off for a replacement. Hopefully, it's still under warranty?
Had 2 Fifty Fathoms. First one, bezel came completely off in the swimming pool. Not good for a dive watch. Sent. Ack to factory for repair. Got it back and happened again. They gave me a new one. Second Fifty Fathoms stopped running. Sent back for factory warranty repair. Got it back. Stopped again. Sold the watch.
...sometimes people write crazy things about the Blancpain quality, you are not the first one with problems. I hope that will not happen with my FF. But when they repair it and it happens again then i would question the service....That can not be in that price range.
I've sent the watch to BP via my AD today....let's see how long and how much this turns out to be. [nt]

Just for reference. AD charged me $180 for shipping to and from and $150 for BP to evaluate the watch. The $150 will be refunded against the repair if I choose to go forward after the quote.
Yes almost the same thing just happened to mine...

More or less I have encountered the same things, the sapphire glass has detached from the enamel, but there is no play, i cannot feel any woble. On mine, it seems that also water has found its way in there and the lume is also affected in those areas. Mine is just a 3 months old and has been on my wrist daily. You can clearly see this from 45 marker up to 15. I wonder how many times this is going to happen within the two years of guarantee.
Blancpain did a swift turnaround and after a month or so got the watch back with a new bezel, it rotates more firmly than the one that came with the watch, and the lume is as it should. Now, let's see if this is going to hold up to the brand name.
