Maybe a special order from a senior officer for a watch which has never seen water. Or a watch which has been gold plated recently (10 or 20 years ago for instance)
Lets start with the bezel. It looks like it has a metal insert or printing on the surface of the insert and how many watches have you seen made by blancpain used this method. And the earlier known no rads came out in 1965 and thats five years early than the fake marking on the case back. Most watches imported to USA have 17 jewels movements and this one has 21. The rotor is unlike anything that i have seen before and the o-ring is on the case back. I would keep away from this watch! Brian
