I know they are probably very different as the price tag differs a lot . But to me they look a lot like each other except for the size and the seconds arm.
Can you please state the main differences as I want to buy one for my daily use (casual not dress watch).
Different movements, thickness, tradition... 15400 is great, but trying searching online for the history and importance of the 15202. It's certainly one of the most loved watch ever. Countless passionate posts and reviews.
Amanico,I meant the one on the website its ordinary I guess.Yes I believe the 15400 is a bit out of proportion.
I think I just have to get used to wear slightly smaller watches specially I am wearing Rolex explorer ll now (42mm) as my daily watch,I have a medium sized wrist.
you should choose the one the fits perfectly and connects with you. My first AP was not a 15202 but it led me to a 15202. I think it is the perfect AP but part of the reason is the history of the Jumbo. The 15400 actually has a more advanced date set while the 15202 is right out of the 70's, quickset date is 10-2 and repeat until you reach the correct date. I just really like the way the 15202 fits and looks on my wrist.
get bulkier watches,I have a safari old version and I still like it and I want to get one day the even bigger 44mm ROO But for the every day watch I am starting to like the lighter sleek watches with simple details.
The thing is I never bought any watch sub 40mm before,But I am sure it looks nicer than the 15400 to me.I just need to get used to smaller watches on my wrist
I really enjoyed moving to the 39mm. I also have a Safari but for the first few years thought it was to large to wear, now I like the size for weekends and prefer the 39mm during the week.
