This question comes up every few months. To date, there are no OEM plots that fit a 15300 in SS. From what I remember, AP does sell white gold and platinum plots, from The City of Sails or the WG/Platinum RO Chronos... but have not been able to confirm whether they would actually fit on the 15300.
These are also fairly expensive... when I last researched it, AP was quoting something in the neighborhood of $700 per white gold plot (again mods, feel free to delete if this is inappropriate). While there are some aftermarket options, the only OEM choice that is guaranteed to work is the YG or RG plots on the 15300 precious metal ROs that are already on straps.
