Just got my baby JUMBO few days ago and she has been on my wrist all the time and welcome the arrival of the 2011 new year with me.

All of your knowledge and experience shared on the forum has really educated me a lots and contributed to my decision to own it.

Did you consider the 15300 with the seconds hand..??  Is this your first AP and what are your thoughts on it so far..??

My first AP actually is the 15300. in term of the wearability, The only big different that I notice is that you feel more presence of 15300 on your wrist due to it's weigh, thicker barcelet and case.

I don't find any problem without second hands, to me, I'm glad that today Jumbo still more or less maintain it's original design since 1972. It is such great pleasure to own and wear the Jumbo, I think other jumbo owners would know what is the feeling like!

so you have both..!!  I have to admit I like to see a bit of movement on the dial - hence the seconds hand - and if the extra weight gives it a nice feel it may be the way to go as I would normally go for a sportier looking watch anyway.

I'm also hoping to see the skeleton model this year which should definately be a less dressy look - but the price..!!

What face colour is your 15300..? Don't say blue...that would also be my choice for something different from everything else I have.

My 15300 is black dial, you can't go wrong with the 15300, you should really consider to get it, there are many satisfied 15300 owners in the forum. For myself, I shifted from the calatrava to nautilus after hooked by the GG design, and thereafter discovered the AP RO and I must say the virus is incurable, make you want to own more of these beauties.

some side by side pics wouldn't go a miss as you own both versions...a pic of the thickness of both together I'm sure would interest a lot of Purists..

I'm afraid mine won't be a quick decision and if suddenly something else came along like the hinted AP 10th Anniversay Purists piece, or something else at SIHH then I have to keep looking as I can't afford many so I have to enjoy and wear each piece I buy...if I could just win the lottery it would make life so much easier..!!

I'm beginning to think that adding a 15202 to my 15300 might not be a bad idea. Post more pics when you have time!

The 15300 + 15202 is not bad combination, I love this combo a lots, hope you will add the Jumbo to your Blue 15300 baby soon.
