I don't know how they deal with it at AP, but my Girard Perregaux Sea Hawk Pro II has a rubber strap and the way they deal with the length is you cut the strap on either side of the clasp to make it shorter and then you fix it back on to the clasp or buckle. The strap is in fact studied to be able to do just what I explained and it works just fine.
In fact the "deployante" buckle has several settings so you can put it over a diving suit or make it slightly bigger if in the heat your wrist has swelled.

AP ROO Rubber Clad and Strap
Hi AP lovers,
I've recently acquired my first AP ROO, and pre-owned Rubber Clad but the strap is too short is too short and you can see the picture for yourself. (My wrist measures 5.8" and the straps are 70mm and 105mm with 6 holes.)
I wonder if AP got a even short version or one with 2 more holes to fit my size?
Anyone care to recommend some after market strap seller and share their experiences with some...e.g. XXXXXX

Firstly congrats on your first AP! From your pics and measurement descriptions you might have a regular length strap. Here is a pic of a custom strap I have (it's for the old style ROO case but it's the same size as a regular length):
On my ROO Rubberclad (same as yours) which has a rubber factory AP Short Strap it is approx 50mm, where the regular is 70mm.
Best to go to your local AP AD (Authorized Dealer) and see if they stock the short straps and have them install one on your Rubberclad and see if that helps you achieve a better fit. Also reversing the clasp can make it more comfortable.

Joseph, I think the only solution is to either get a custom short strap made
or switch to a smaller Royal Oak.
Even with a stock short OEM strap, I don't think the Offshore will hug your wrist still. The watch will probably hang off your wrist like a bangle IMO since your wrist is less than 6".
Another problem also is if you do get a custom short strap made, the lug part of the strap will still bulge out over your wrist due to the unbendable strap end links.

I'd suggest U use a short OEM + tang buckle, my wrist is 6.5" and
using standard rubber + tang buckle does fit well for my Polaris

I also don't think that this time keeper fits your wrist. Like Anthony S. said, even if you got the right strap, the watch/lugs will hang off your wrist.

AP short strap solve my problem
I've always want a ROO despite my thin wrist, so I won't give up on that...
Luckily, got a short version rubber strap from AP Servic Center in HK, and they change it for me on the spot.
Not perfect, but I am happy wearing it everyday.
