Hi,
The ideal way to get the watch to "full power reserve" (mainspring fully wound) is to give the crown in winding position about 20 turns upward (downward doesn't help) and then wear it.
If you want to fully wind it manually, I'd suggest double that (around 40-50) upward winding motions.
Being auto matic, you will not reach a "full, blocked" position.
And it is impossible to give an exact "number of winds"because of variations in the winding stroke of each individual and other variations.
