AP regretted their very bad service and mistakes. They said that "the person in charge apologises sincerely". Then they told "good news": They will not increase anymore the production but will focus on quality!
What! They showed me a ROO diver @ 39k Singaporean. Rubber strap, stamped dial and modular movement. They proudly explained how the crown is made of ceramics...
I had just on the previous day played with Robin's MB chronograph costing about the same - and what a wonderful watch it is. I wore in AP the new Rolex Daytona ceramic, costing a bit below that ROO. I have dealt with AP Singapore with three watches and all three had to be returned because they could not take care of their job. One of those was so incredibly rudely made that I have never seen anything similar. "The Master Watchmaker is very sorry for the mistakes" was the reply. But I'll revert to this with pictures.
My 15202 RO did not only stop after purchase and after repairs. Also in that watch the crown dropped when setting the time second or third time. My RO QP is now in the Service Centre the whole movement will be changed. AP asked me to keep it there for two or three months as they want to secure that the watch is really working.
What makes my more than furious is the arrogance combined with industry's worst service. When the really messed up with one thing (report with pictures will follow), they had no problems charging a salty price for the worst job I have seen.
