I was setting the main hands backwards and  after several revolutions, the alarm indicator would seem to catch on the hour hand internally and move backwards with it.  Movement was zero charge and alarm was zero charge.  After it happened, i didn't try going further.  I set it going clockwise and it was all normal.

Anyone have any thoughts or comments?  Is it harmful to set this particular watch backwards?
